The online community is fascinated by life hacks and do-it-yourself projects. So are we! Thousands of videos and articles proposing different approaches to various activities are uploaded weekly, with a number gaining popularity and becoming viral trends. Trial and Error aims to put these to the test...but with a twist.
We are 4 students studying at the Smith School of Business in Queen’s University - meet us here! As post-secondary students, we may not always have access to an abundance of resources, whether it be money-, time-, or most importantly, food-related. But why should that stop us from participating in these trends?
Focusing on the Food, Athletics, Lifestyle, and Beauty and Fashion categories, the blog will be a hub for reviews done through the lens of university students. Have limited items in your pantry but want to make a high-quality dish? Looking for effective fitness workouts? Don’t want to spend a lot of money on expensive products and want dupes? These and much more will be discussed on Trial and Error, alongside recommendations based on our personal perspectives, focusing on viability and cost. This blog will be a fun platform that aims to inspire others to try something new and experiment with what they already have at home, especially during the pandemic.
Our ultimate goal is to spark curiosity and foster creativity. We hope to share our triumphs and failures so that you can succeed on your first try. And most importantly, we hope to d̶o̶ ̶w̶e̶l̶l̶ ̶i̶n̶ ̶t̶h̶i̶s̶ ̶c̶o̶u̶r̶s̶e̶ put a smile on your beautiful faces!
